My uncle, Richard Hellyer II, brought your project to my attention.

I'm either a great-great-granddaughter or great-great-neice of Charles Hellyer - our family is widely scattered around the globe and I don't have a family tree at my fingertips!

In fact, my father was named for The Betty's original owner.

I live in BC, Canada, so I'm following the project's progress with great interest!

Hi, fell in love with the Betty when I saw her for the first time at the kite festival 2010. I would like to be kept up to date about her as much as possible and I would love to be able to work on her. I am a woodworker of 40 years and I wanted to go to boat building school when I was younger, but never got the chance. Let me know if I can be of some help. Thank you.
